Terms of service

1. Minimum age to play: 12 years. Players under 18 require written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Mandatory safety briefing before every game. Refusal to follow safety rules disqualifies the player without refund.
3. Bookings require a 30% deposit; the rest is paid on site. Free cancellation up to 48h before the slot.
4. Players follow staff instructions at all times. Removing the mask in the play zone is strictly forbidden.
5. The operator is not liable for personal items left on the premises.
